副伤寒(paratyphoid1fever)是副伤寒甲、i乙、i丙杆菌引起的一组细菌性传染病。
副伤寒的临床疾病过程和处理措施与伤寒大致相同，l以下为副伤寒与伤寒不同的临床特点：i
(一)副伤寒甲、i乙
副伤寒甲分布比较局限，l副伤寒乙呈世界性分布。我国成人的副伤寒以副伤寒甲为主，l儿童以副伤寒乙较常见。副伤寒甲、i乙患者肠道病变表浅，l范围较广，l可波及结肠。潜伏期比较短，l2～15天，l一般为8～10天。起病常有腹痛、i腹泻、i呕吐等急性胃肠炎症状，l2～3天后减轻，l接着体温升高，l出现伤寒样症状。体温波动比较大，l稽留热少见，l热程短，l副伤寒甲大约3周，l副伤寒乙2周左右。皮疹出现比较早，l稍大，l颜色较深，l量稍多可遍布全身。副伤寒甲复发率比较高，l肠出血、i肠穿孔等并发症少见，l病死率较低。
(二)副伤寒丙
可表现为脓毒血症型、i伤寒型或急性胃肠炎型，l以脓毒血症型多见。临床表现比较复杂。起病急，l寒战、i体温迅速上升，l热型不规则，l热程1～3周。出现迁徙性化脓病灶时，l病程延长，l以肺部、i骨骼及关节等部位的局限性化脓灶为常见。肠出血、i肠穿孔少见。局部化脓病灶抽脓可检出副伤寒丙杆菌。
副伤寒甲、i乙、i丙的治疗于伤寒相同，l当副伤寒丙出现脓肿形成时，l应进行外科手术排脓，l同时加强抗菌治疗。
