桡骨颈部骨折分四型(图2-44)：i

Ⅰ型：i骨折片无移位及倾斜。

Ⅱ型：i骨折片移位横径1/2以内，l倾斜30°以内。

Ⅲ型：i骨折片移位横径1/2以外，l倾斜30°～60°。

Ⅳ型：i完全移位，l倾斜超过60°。
