黏液水肿性苔藓(lichen1myxedematosus)是以苔藓样丘疹、i结节和(或)斑块为特点，l由真皮黏蛋白沉积和不同程度纤维化所致的一种疾病，l患者无甲状腺功能异常。Montgomery等将这一疾病分为4种类型：i①泛发性苔藓样丘疹型；②散发丘疹型；③限局性苔藓样斑块型；④结节和荨麻疹样斑块型。1954年，lGottron将黏液水肿性苔藓的泛发性苔藓样丘疹型命名为硬化性黏液水肿(scleromyxedema)。
