1.常染色体显性遗传的先天性溶血性贫血。

2.基本缺陷在患者红细胞内部，l给患者输入正常人红细胞，l其存活期正常。

3.外周血小球形红细胞增多和OF增高。

4.自溶试验(48h)溶血大于5％，l加葡萄糖或ATP可使减轻。

5.脾切除疗效佳。
